If you would like your package insured through the United States Postal Service, please add your rate accordingly. If the incorrect insurance is not added, you will not receive insurance and we are not responsible for any items that leave our hands once it is taken by the postal carriers. Please note: I package my items with care, but on a rare occasion something may get damaged and that is when the need for insurance comes in handy :-)

If you want your package insured, please add insurance, based on your total before checking out. If you do not choose the correct amount of insurance, your order will not be insured and we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. I take pride in my products and package my products carefully, but there may be times when something happens beyond my control and this is when insurance comes into play. Please be sure to provide pictures of your damaged items, along with all packaging to process a claim. Without these items, your claim may not be processed and Natural Scentsuals Bath & Body can not be held responsible.
